We met while working at a popular coffee chain and became fast friends (and the most annoying duo on the team) as we blared Motown and danced around while making drinks. Before long, we’d visited every museum our hometown had to offer and dreamed up trips way beyond our barista budgets. Eventually, we grabbed a cardboard cutout of Oprah and became roommates. Our home was covered in maps, books, trinkets, presidential mugs (Meghan), and dying plants (Madison), and we spent our weekends at antique malls, researching all the weird stuff we’d found.
